Where is Magnolia Cold Storage located?
We are at 141 Lanza Ave Unit 3B, Garfield, NJ 07026, near Port Newark and the New Jersey Turnpike.
Do you accept a single pallet, or is there a minimum?
Yes — we store a single pallet. There is no high minimum. You can start with one pallet and scale up as your needs grow.
Can I get a room dedicated to just my products?
Yes. Because we operate a single facility, we can dedicate a room to one customer — separation that large multi-tenant warehouses rarely offer at this scale.
What temperatures do you offer?
We offer both refrigerated (chiller) and frozen storage. Tell us your product and we'll confirm the exact temperature band.
Are you open on Saturday?
Yes. We keep Saturday morning hours for receiving and shipping, while many warehouses in the area are closed.
How is labor priced?
Handling and labor are billed by the hour and stated up front, before work begins. Storage is priced to the space you actually use.
Do you provide trucking or freight transportation?
No. We are a storage facility, not a carrier. We handle receiving, storage, and shipping at our dock, but we do not move freight over the road.
Do you offer FIFO/FEFO rotation, lot tracking, or EDI?
No. We track each pallet by room and zone with a full movement history, but we do not manage lot, expiration-date, or FIFO/FEFO rotation, and we do not run EDI integrations.
How far ahead should I schedule a pickup or delivery?
Please schedule at least 12 hours ahead so a dock and crew are ready when your truck arrives.
