Technology that keeps your inventory honest
Magnolia runs on its own warehouse system. It's how we keep track of every pallet in Garfield, NJ — accurately, and with a record we can stand behind.
Every pallet, every move, logged
Each inbound, transfer, and outbound move is recorded with the raw scanned barcode — who moved it, when, and from where to where. Every pallet belongs to exactly one customer, and that history can be filtered and exported to CSV.
Scanning with no extra hardware
Pallets and locations are scanned with a phone camera or a handheld terminal, straight from the browser — no separate app or dedicated device required.
The system rejects mistakes
If a scanned location does not match where a pallet actually is, the move is not recorded. When a zone is full, it stops accepting pallets — enforced even when two operators scan at the same moment.
Printed pallet & location labels
Standard 4x6" thermal labels for pallets and locations, printed in batches from a customizable template.
Records that stay intact
Accountability is protected: a customer with stored pallets cannot be deleted, and staff who recorded movements stay in the audit trail.
A secure, modern stack
Role-based access, CSRF protection, a strict content-security policy, request rate limiting, and sessions that drop when a password changes — the fundamentals, done properly.
